Planetary Hours — a special announcement

I’ve been wanting to try my hand at e-books for some time and finally got organized enough to learn the basics of e-book formatting to put together a text on planetary hours, which have intrigued me for many years.  My first venture into e-book publishing is now available on

To celebrate this first e-book publication, there will be a free download promotion all day Sunday, 30 June 2013 (USA, Pacific time).  I’m posting this announcement here so that readers of my blog will have a chance to get a copy at no cost on Sunday, June 30th, if they wish.  Clicking on the link above will take you to the e-book at that site.  If you do download and read the text, please consider leaving a review of the book at if you feel so inclined.

After writing the e-book, I came across a site that give a nice summary of some of the interpretions of planetary hours in daily life.  Just click on the previous link to read it.

If you download the e-book, please consider leaving a review on after you read it.   Thanks.

E-books are super easy. Now that you know how to do them, I hope you crank out a bunch!!!

    • Ed,
I wish I had your knowledge and expertise about e-books. It took me a while to figure out formatting, bookmarking, page layout, etc. I’m still working on inserting images and making them look good so I can do an ebook with astrological charts and illustrations. I once purchased an astrology e-book in which the charts were so tiny they were not readable. Designing a cover was also a bit of a challenge. Regarding your last point, I do have lots of topics I’d like to write about and e-books seems like a perfect format.

Once you get the mechanics down of making e-books you find acceptable, then I hope you crank out a bunch of them because you have a lot of knowledge to share and e-books seem like a great way to get that out there.
